Native or near-native fluency and patience with detail matter far more than any technical background, and no listing asks for one. What is checked is whether your file matches the convention exactly, because inconsistent transcripts are worse than none. This is separate from voice recording, where you speak rather than type. Remote, hourly, contract, and pay is whatever each posting lists.
